What PSO Does

One of the things PSO helps to do is fund field trips for students. Recently the Eco-Warriors got go to the Seattle Aquarium thanks to a grant made possible by you!

Here are some highlights from Eco-Warriors from field trip a few weeks back.

“One thing I really enjoyed about the field trip to the Seattle Aquarium was seeing the variety of marine life up close, especially the touch tanks. It was interesting to observe how the animals behave in their environments and how interactive some of the exhibits were.

“One thing I learned from the trip is how important conservation efforts are for protecting marine ecosystems. I learned even more about how much human activity can impact ocean life, and it helped me understand why organizations like the aquarium focus so much on education and preservation.”

“This field trip was super great! I felt like we were able to connect a bit more as a club as well as appreciate nature and the outdoors. I learned about the different tropical fish species and their ability to change genders based on need of the group!”

“I had so much fun on the field trip! I really enjoyed seeing the otters get fed their lunch. I learned what a plumose anemone is. 🌊”

Thanks so much PSO for supporting and funding this field trip. We couldn’t have done it without you!
