The Edmonds Woodway High School Parent Staff Organization is the school's academic booster club. Through the generous donations of our parents we are able to help purchase materials, books and experiences that are not covered in the school budget.
We have an urgent volunteer need and would love your support!
Edmonds Woodway High School is hosting its College Fair on Thursday, April 24 from 5:00–7:30 PM, and we need a few helping hands to ensure this event runs smoothly and successfully for students and families.
✳️ Opportunity #1: College Fair Ambassadors
We’re looking for friendly, welcoming volunteers to serve as College Fair Ambassadors at registration tables placed at the Great Hall and gym entrances. Ambassadors will greet guests and encourage them to complete a short registration form using a QR code.
We also need two volunteers to assist with Food Truck Coordination from 4:00–8:00 PM. Volunteers will serve as on-site contacts to help food trucks navigate the courtyard gate, get settled into their spaces, and handle any logistical needs during the event.
The Junior Class at Edmonds Woodway High School is thrilled to host this year’s Spring Fling Dance on Friday, April 26 at 8:30 PM in the school gym—and we need your help to make it a fun, safe, and successful night for our students!
This student-led event promises an evening full of music, dancing, and school spirit, but we can’t do it without the support of our amazing EWHS families and community members.
🥤 Donate Snacks & Drinks
We’re asking for donations of individually packaged snacks and beverages to help keep students energized and hydrated throughout the night.
Highest priority:
Plastic Water Bottles – 20 cases needed
Other snack items:
Goldfish – 3 Costco-sized boxes
Rice Krispies – 5 Costco-sized boxes
Fruit Snacks – 3 Costco-sized boxes
Cookies – 6 large bakery packs
🙋 Volunteer as a Chaperone
We need adult volunteers to help with check-in, coat check, general supervision, and more. Your presence helps ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.
🕗 Chaperones needed from 8:00–10:45 PM Here’s how you can help:
✅ 5 volunteers – Check student IDs at entry
🧥 4 volunteers – Coat check
👀 3 volunteers – General supervision
🎶 3 volunteers – Supervise the dance floor
🌙 1 volunteer – Monitor the courtyard
🚪 3 volunteers – Monitor the Great Hall doors (no food or drink allowed)

The Edmonds Woodway High School Parent Staff Organization (EWHS PSO) is bringing back our popular Hanging Basket Fundraiser, just in time for Mother’s Day!
These beautiful 12″ premium sun or shade baskets are packed with a vibrant mix of annuals like calibrachoa, bacopa, potato vine, begonia, coleus, and more—perfect for patios, porches, or gardens with part sun to shade.
Order Deadline: April 25th
Pickup Day: May 3rd
Cost: $45 per basket
Not only will you brighten someone’s day, but your purchase directly supports EWHS programs, students, and staff.
We’re at the halfway day for this year’s Spring fundraiser and at about 30% of our $6,000 goal after raising $1,825 as of Wednesday morning.
