We are looking for volunteers to help support the AP World testing we are hosting at EWHS on May 8th from Noon-5pm. You can volunteer for one or both of the following shifts:
No experience is needed. You’ll just need to show up, receive brief instructions and watch over the testing.

Let’s show our incredible Edmonds Woodway High School staff how much we appreciate them—with a fun, flavorful Trail Mix Bar!
On Thursday, May 8, the PSO is hosting a sweet and savory snack station where staff can create their own custom trail mix blend. It’s a small but meaningful way to say thank you to the teachers and support staff who go above and beyond for our students every day.
We’re looking for volunteers to donate ingredients—from classic nuts and raisins to M&Ms, pretzels, popcorn, and more! We’ll also need Ziploc sandwich bags so staff can take their mix on the go.

– Or deliver to the EWHS front office by 7:00am on Thursday, May 8

We have an urgent volunteer need and would love your support!
Edmonds Woodway High School is hosting its College Fair on Thursday, April 24 from 5:00–7:30 PM, and we need a few helping hands to ensure this event runs smoothly and successfully for students and families.
We’re looking for friendly, welcoming volunteers to serve as College Fair Ambassadors at registration tables placed at the Great Hall and gym entrances.
Ambassadors will greet guests and encourage them to complete a short registration form using a QR code.

We also need two volunteers to assist with Food Truck Coordination from 4:00–8:00 PM.
Volunteers will serve as on-site contacts to help food trucks navigate the courtyard gate, get settled into their spaces, and handle any logistical needs during the event.

The Junior Class at Edmonds Woodway High School is thrilled to host this year’s Spring Fling Dance on Friday, April 26 at 8:30 PM in the school gym—and we need your help to make it a fun, safe, and successful night for our students!
This student-led event promises an evening full of music, dancing, and school spirit, but we can’t do it without the support of our amazing EWHS families and community members.
We’re asking for donations of individually packaged snacks and beverages to help keep students energized and hydrated throughout the night.
