Proctors Needed

Around 200 students are preparing for their important IB exams, and we need your support! Volunteer proctors are essential to our exam administration.

Your Role

    •    Simply distribute exam materials and provide supervision

    •    No special skills required – just your presence! Charge your FitBit – you will get plenty of steps in!

    •    IB requires one proctor per 20 students

What to Know

    •    Exams run April 24-May 20

    •    Average commitment: 3 hours per session

    •    Even volunteering for just one session makes a difference

    •    Our students are dedicated and respectful

    •    We received commendations last year from IB because of our stellar proctors and examination administration!

In order to volunteer, you must fill out the district Volunteer Form. (https://secure.safevisitor.io/Safe/Volunteer/edmondssd/volunteer)  You will not be allowed to proctor if this step is not completed.
